BULBUL CHILDREN’S INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL 2025
Following the tremendous response and enthusiastic participation of children in large numbers during its inaugural edition, the 2nd Edition of the Bulbul Children's International Film Festival (BCIFF) returns as a vibrant celebration of children's cinema. Organized by the Department of Information and Publicity, Government of Goa, BCIFF is dedicated to presenting imaginative and thought - provoking films for young audiences from around the world.

Bipin Khedekar
Film Director, Screenwriter, Concept Designer & Events & Founder of Antarang Productions. Represented Goa at National level on the Republic Day float parade at Rajpath as Concept Designer & Choreographer for 5 years.
Siddhesh Naik
Partner at Antarang Productions, Film editor graduated from Whistling Woods International - Mumbai. Since 2011 have been an editor, casting director for Indie, International Festivals films, French Shorts, Iranian Documentaries.BCIFF 2025 JURY

Anggi Frisca
Anggi Frisca is a renowned Indonesian cinematographer and director. She holds a Diploma Degree in Film Cinematography from the Film and Television Faculty of the Jakarta Institute of Art, graduating in 2002.
Gautam Kishanchandani
Gautam Kishanchandani is a casting director known for his work with Anurag Kashyap (Black Friday, Gulal, Kennedy, Dev D), Vishal Bharadwaj (Khufiya, Patakha), and other directors on films like Once Upon a Time in Mumbai and No One Killed Jessica. In recent OTT releases, Guilty Minds, Sacred Games 2, Modern Love Mumbai and Raat Jawaan Hai have been his most noteworthy releases.
Gitanjali Rao
Gitanjali Rao is the writer and Director of Bombay Rose, an animated feature film that Opened the VENICE CRITIC’S WEEK 2019, followed by Toronto IFF, Busan IFF, Macao IFF, Marrakech IFF etc. Her début feature film has since been to over 50 international festivals in 2019-20. The film won seven awards including the Silver Hugo at the 53rd Chicago Intl Film Fest and Silver Gateway at MAMI, Mumbai Intl. Film Fest.
Madhu Chopra
Dr. Madhu Chopra is an accomplished ENT specialist, former Indian Army doctor, and co-founder of Purple Pebble Pictures. A champion of regional cinema and women’s empowerment, she balances medicine, film production, and philanthropy with grace.
Thom Palmen
For over 30 years Thom Palmen has been curating, directing and producing international film and arts festivals. From Europe to China he has developed and managed a wide range of short, long and mixed media events. From the earliest stages of concept to final award night, Thom delivers world class experiences within budget.
Kurt Van der Basch
Kurt van der Basch is a Prague-based storyboard artist for live action on screen currently living in New Delhi. Over 25 years in the industry he has worked on over 70 films and series including "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" and "The Last Jedi," "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom," Ayan Mukerji's "Brahmastra", music videos for Madonna and Kanye West and most recently, he drew storyboards for the Oscar nominated musical feature "Wicked" featuring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.
Celine Loop
Céline Loop is a producer with a background in IP Law. Originally from Belgium, she has been at the forefront of independent Indian cinema since 2011. She has backed a wide range of projects which have traveled and won awards at many prestigious international festivals.
Josep Arbiol
Josep Arbiol is a cultural manager, independent audiovisual director, and dedicated advocate for children's and youth cinema. He is the President of the Cultural Association "Jordi el Mussol" (Valencia) and the Founder and Director of the Valencia International Educational Film Festival (MICE). Arbiol also leads the MICE Network, with branches in Madrid, Havana, Western Sahara, Argentina, Mexico, and the Galapagos Islands (Ecuador).
